Delighting in Our World
Great capture, Sue. He’s really sitting on the edge of his seat. 😅
Concentrating on his mobile phone….😳
Most people are, these days. 🤣
All to true!
The haze was truly strange today, like we were living in smoke!
Haze yesterday, and an earth tremor the night before!
Earth tremor? I recall one of those when we lived in Haslemere, which shook the bed! Epicentre was way up in north Norfolk I think.
Bed shook quite a bit, epicentre at Newdigate
A very beautiful morning. Some people don’t even notice…
Oh, you’re absolutely right, Amy!
There’s just something about this shot that I really like.

The light? The depth? Whatever, glad you like it, Janet 😊
The two background figures are spoilers!
Nah! They lend context, a focal point, depth to the image
He didn’t want to crease his suit! At least it wasn’t rush hour. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Not too long after, but most people were on the ‘up’ line, not on this, the ‘down’ line
Might do you another story prompt, Pete?
Always a possibility. 🙂 I will save the photo for when I finish the latest serial.
Very good!
‘The Down Line’ will be a good title. 🙂
😊😊
A nice composition and a lucky splash of colour Sue.
Many thanks, Gilly
