Surely not? ICM – Intentional Camera Movement…. Select a slow shutter speed, and swing he camer about!
Well there you go! I never knew this until now, I’m going to have to have a play now ☺️
Try moving the camera quickly vertically for a shot or two, then horizontally, and then swing it by the strap carefully, or hold the camera and try circular movements. loads will be rubbish, but yo’ll gget a feel for it!

Love this, Sue. I got an unintentional ICM with my iPhone camera, snapping my feet as I walked into a room. Looked like a swirling dance (had on a long white nightgown).
