Thursday’s Special: Pick a Word in November Y3

Time for more words from Paula…I got most of them, all previously shown images as I’m not up to too much searching and processing.

Cerulean: a bright blue sky and some vapour trails ( and actually, I could have used this image to illustrate radiating!)

Palatial…well, I thought it looked sort of palatial:

Spurting:

Water Saturation – looking through a fountain at Villa d’Este, Lazio, Italy

Radiating: sunbeams radiating through the clouds

  1. Well chosen images all, but love the drama of the hair-pinned ravine.

  2. You certainly found appropriate images, Sue. I love the one of the sunbeams hitting the valley. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. I would call spurting distinctly soggy but I like it. Pouring here as a matter of fact 😃😃 xx

I think we had rain earlier, but there is a weak sun at present… I like your comment re soggy, Jo! How’s things…nearly done?

      • Last t’ai chi this morning. Coffee with friends later but it’s mostly cleaning and getting rid of stuff now. The carrier took our boxes yesterday so I’m free of cardboard till it’s all ,delivered next week. I have been superbly wined and dined by many so no complaints, Sue. And the sun has just made an appearance here 😃😃 xx

Wined and dined sounds great to me!

  4. Oh yes, the first one would have been a perfect radiating too. I love your shot of Passo Stelvio, Sue and all the other choices as well.
