To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
I like this a lot, very ‘retro’. Being picky, I might have ‘lost’ whatever that is at the bottom though, (Pepper mill? Bottle top?) as it drew my eye too much. Scroll it down out of view, and see what you think. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Haha…I did think about losing it, but decided it could stay…peppermill
Good to hear it was a peppermill. Makes my eyesight not as bad as I thought. 🙂
Great!
You’ve practically created your own white balance grey card with this scene.
I still have an old one, circa 1982!!
Sigh… how easy we are to be distracted from household chores. I’m sorting out the new laptop – why are there so many thousands of updates? Managed to clean one window. And make chicken soup. It is a chicken soup kind of day.
I had a roast lamb kind of day yesterday and some easy peasy leftovers tonight….
A nice distraction! Very cool shot. 🙂
Thank you, Amy!
A passionate photographer always finds a welcome distraction to her daily chores, Sue!
😀😀
Well, now that I know what you ladies have to eat… I had fish and chips at Whitby, with the walkers. 🙂 🙂 Awfully nice! Compensation for dismal weather.
Very good, Jo! Whitby? Envy….
I’m being distracted right now, when I should be writing, cooking etc. But I applaud your distraction. As Pete says, v. retro.
Oh, apologies for diverting you, Tish!! Glad you like it
Distractions are mostly good…I returned from a not that ideal work at 1.30 a.m. Working with the election. Still not feeling at all good about the outcome for Sweden for the next four years. Strong right winds against research and climate questions etc. Winds blowing all over Europe. So thank you for a lovely distraction!
I was wondering about Sweden…..
Nicely caught, pepper mill and all. 👏🏻😍
Haha! Thanks!
