Not as pink as some images (too much yellow) but there is some of that colour in this, perhaps a lurid pink sky ?

Delighting in Our World
That’s a good challenging look of his! Right in the eye, Sue. 🙂 🙂 I very much like this. It could be a poster.
A poster advertising crime and notoriety, Jo?!
There’s enough pink for me!!
I’m intrigued where this was. Looks recent and yet the event must have occurred more than 50years ago now.
Saw this in Shoreditch in early 2014. You are correct, the Great Train Robbery was in 1963….I think this street art was created because Biggs died in late 2013, and the case came into the media again.
Ahha.
This is a fascinating image. Film Noir-ish? Something with Robert Mitchum in.
Film-noirish indeed, Tish….but sadly based on the true event of the 1963 Great Train robbery….
Plenty of pink, and square. Works for me, Sue. 🙂
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete!
No romantic feelings emanating from this poster with the pink sky, Sue!
Absolutely not, Peter’
I like that horse in the upper right-hand corner. 🙂

It’s a busy image!

It was a nasty affair, because the driver on that train was seriously injured, coshed over the head with an iron bar, and never worked again
