More little things in life
Plants seem to find a niche in seemingly impossible places. Great shot, Sue!
Tenacious!
Nice plant, and a good wall. I like how you framed the shot with the plant off-centre too.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete, but that was actually a crop from the original! Cheating!
I’m hoping to encourage some to take root in my wall, but something (Magpies maybe as I have seen them pecking around) is eating my Sempervivums!
Oh, pests!
Very naughty!
Well, don’t you agree magpies are pests?
I am actually very fond of the magpie family who visit my garden, they can be quite amusing. I know that they do attack smaller birds, but the only attack I have witnessed was that of a crow on a starling. I would prefer them not to eat my plants of course!
I’m not keen on crows or mag pies…all our little birds have stopped visiting
My little birds don’t visit in the summer – not sure where they go, but I’m guessing as soon as I put the feeders back out they will be back! As will the Magpies (they adore suet) and the Collared Doves.
These are real survivors I have them popping up everywhere. Nice composition
Thanks, Pauline!
Tiny and beautiful.

Yes, it was, Janet!
It’s cool where plants find to grow.
Yep!
They grow anywhere don’t they? I love how they send up babies!
Yes!
