A Garden Giant

For One Word Sunday today, we are asked to come up with an image that says Giant. I thought immediately of some of the statues at the park of monsters at Bomarzo in Lazio, Italy. I don’t have an image of the two giants fighting (but you can see them here). However, I do have a gigantic head with an open mouth, which I think fits the brief

  1. Looks like you could walk inside that mouth, Sue. Gigantic indeed.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. Certainly fits the brief, Sue. Great capture of this scary face. And I enjoyed the link to the battling giants too

  3. It fits, Sue! And good too!

  4. Your giant could compete for size and terror with the cyclops of the odyssey. Ready to devour you, Sue!

  5. Aaaargh! Reminds me of the scream. Don’t mind me, Sue. I’m having a batty turn. 🙂 🙂 Interesting place?

  6. That’s scary. Can you walk right through it?

  7. Now we just need a photo of the inside looking out. 🙂
