June Squares: Rooves / 28

Here is a jumble of decayed rooves from the  Basilicata region of Italy:

  1. Now that looks interesting 🙂

  2. Ah, now they are ‘Sue roofs’! 🙂 Classic dilapidation indeed.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. That’s really very nice. All these old tiles have been handmade, I think. Regards Mitza

  4. Well, I see here a full time job for a roof repairman. Great photo, Sue!

  5. I think we could say there has been a state of collapse! And the chaos adds to the composition. Well framed Sue.

  6. Ramshackle roofs – fabulous!

  7. What a fabulous photo and just look at those rooves. Superb Sue 😀

  8. That’s a nice jumble, Sue. 🙂 🙂

  9. All earthly colours, emphasizing the fact that everything that comes from earth will once return to earth. This basilica sure looks like coming close to the latter. A gorgeous photo. I really like the tight framing – besides the limited colour palette.

  10. A delicious, very Sue, jumble

  11. I love exploring ruins, and these are fabulous. 🙂
