One Word Sunday: Oojamaflip

Well, in this post, I believe there are at least an oojamaflip, a thingumajig and a doodah…oh, and maybe a wotsit, too

The clever ones amongst you will, of course, know exactly what everything is correctly called:

Seen in Poland recently, a lovely old collection of implements.

  1. Perfect, Sue. I thought of using a similar photo of old farm equipment, which would have been along the same lines.

  2. I spotted all four of those! 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. ha – very nice for the word – and nice to see such cool stuff while traveling

  4. they are definitely oojamaflips with one thingamabob – thanks for this lovely word

  5. So much history there, I bet.

  6. ha ha! brilliant whatchamacallits
    Well done Sue

  7. Darn it! Someone beat me to it – there’s definitely a whatchamacallit in there too.

  8. I can see all of those and a thingy too, but sadly no switcherovera…
