All time Favourites

For the last WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge (ever?), the team have asked us to come up with All-time Favourites. My favourites, or yours?

So I’m having a bit of a compromise…thought I would have a look at some stats, not something I usually do, and it appears a post I did early last year, entitled Darkness and Light comes in fairly high on the list of my viewed posts, and as I am currently into images that show strong light, shadow and contrast, the images I showed then are worth seeing again (although not necessarily my all-time favourites)..here they are:

I am sad that the Weekly Photo Challenge has come to an end, it was a great help when I first started blogging, and connected me to a lot of bloggers – but I’m sure plenty of us will stay in touch via other challenges, curiosity and following!

  1. Definitely worth seeing again Sue. I’m also a little sad (and surprised) by the decision.it all seems so sudden.

  2. I always think of these as your ‘Third Man’ shots, Sue. Like stills from Carol Reed’s film.
    Their popularity is understandable.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. Just love that first shot – the jauntily stepping silhouette.

  4. Wonderful images, Sue, very imaginative. A 🙂

  5. I’m sure we will all stay in touch. But will miss the weekly challenge

  7. Don’t know why they moved it from Friday to Wednesday if they were going to drop it? But I like your ‘Third Man’ photos too.
