Just done some further processing of some images of the attractive, curly tulip on the Mac, and I am pleased with the results….
Let me know which one you like best!

To See a World in a Grain of Sand...
The second one is my favorite.
Yes, mine too, more grace, and more detail on the petals….
I can’t choose! Each is lovely in its own way 🙂
Thanks, Tish…yes,, they a have different charms
the last one…a farewell wave.
That’s rather how I saw it!
Very pretty, Sue. I love them both. 🙂
Many thanks, Cathy!
I like them both, but the top one has the quality of a delicate drawing about it.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete….I did think they both look a little like old botanical drawings..
I’d like the first one with a darker background, Sue, so I guess the second has it. 🙂 🙂
The first is a little overexposed on the left…and as it was consigned to the bin, no black background possible!
Lucky bin! 🙂 🙂
Not really, the stem was getting a tad whiffy!!
🙂 🙂
Fantastic images! I never thought fading tulips could be so beautiful, Sue.
I have quite a set of them now, Peter…if you search ‘Beauty in Decay’ on my blog you will see more, should you be interested!
The 2nd!
Yay! We’re on the same page…
Tbe second one but it’s a reallllly close call.
Haha! 😊😊
Both are lovely, they look like water colours, beautiful 🙂
Thank you, Lynne…they put me in mind of old botanical paintings
Yes, that’s exactly what I thought, beautiful 🙂
Yippee! Thanks 😊
🙂
Second one for the stamens (or is it stamina??)
Stamina is what I lack, but it ain’t botanical, Meg!! Glad we’re agreed on the second, stamina or no
Eloquent and inspirational.
Thank you, Sally!
Did you pluck a few petals off in the second one to expose the stamens Sue? Or did they just fall off with age…
I never interfere with my decaying flowers…just leave them to fade away of their own accord!
Stunning, Sue!!! My pick is the top one!!!
Thanks, Vivi! Glad you like them
