Six Word Saturday: A beautiful bunch of vibrant tulips

Look what I found reduced today:

Thought I’d better post this image! Next time you’ll see them decaying! That’s why I snapped them up…….

This said in 6 word chunks….

Linked to 6 word Saturday here

  1. A very pleasing bouquet, Sue. Tulips are always amazing, alive or dead, so look forward to the next phase 🙂

  2. Beautiful bouquet of tulips!

  3. Oh yeah!! BEAUTIFUL 😀

  4. MUCH more elegant than the daffs. But I am rather biased when it comes to tulips. These are very early though.

  5. I got Julie a bunch of multi-coloured tulips for Valentine’s Day. Better than the ubiquitous red roses, in our opinion.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  6. Oh Man, I can’t wait for the first tulips. Not soon enough, I fear.

  7. You captured the tulips very well 🙂

  8. Love your tricky six word chunks … and the prospect of a bit of necrophilia!

  9. They’ll earn their keep well 🙂

    • Sue

Oh, I think they will! One I took a year or so ago is one of my images that has been selected for my photo club’s upcoming exhibition at the Barbican library! I’m hoping to get some more usable images from these flowers

  10. Beautifully done, Sue. 🙂 🙂 I usually buy my cheap and cheerfuls from the local Aldi. There is one in Tavira, funnily enough, but it’s far side of town. Happy Sunday!

    • Sue

Happy Sunday, Jo! I don’t often buy flowers, but every now and again I succumb, and these were reduced as they were on the ‘sell by’ date, so I thought ‘why not?’ And they do look cheerful! It’s a beautiful day today 😊😊😊
I shall cook Sunday lunch and a cake, and catching up with friends again today….another sociable week.
