Thursday’s Special: Pair

Before I hunt any past images out, which I’m sure I will, here is a quick image I took of a pair of Scandinavian wooden carved horses, and a pair of shadows they created:

White Danish, red Swedish

  1. Many years ago someone brought me a gift from Sweden. It looked like the red horse on your picture.

  2. I have my mom’s horses. Red and Blue ones. 🙂

  3. Nicely done, Sue. And the red horse catches the eye too.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  4. I have that little horse too, from a mutual friend. 🙂 🙂 I love it. The keyring hangs on my handbag.

  5. I have some like this as Christmas decorations. A lovely image Sue.

  6. Lovely shot. I think almost everyone in Sweden owns a Dalahäst. They are made in Dalarna, about the middle of Sweden.

  7. Love these little guys AND their shadows Sue!

  8. Yep. I have some of these from my Saab days!

  9. I love your red and white 🙂 xx
