View 2

So, here’s a couple of views of a dismal morning from my kitchen window this morning, which led me to finding the view from Catalonia earlier:

  1. Maybe ‘dismal’, but beautiful in its way–

  2. It looks like a lovely morning – from my safe place in Australian summer, which may be a match for your Catalonia. Snow is still exotic to me, but I don’t think I’ll be braving another winter in Warsaw.

  3. Like you, I don’t agree about ‘beautiful’. I had almost the same view all day here, but darker.
    Not beautiful at all. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.

  4. Looks a little on the spooky side but in a very gorgeous and mysterious way:)

  5. I think it is beautiful – but not Every Day…

  6. It may be dismal experientially but in your camera eyes there is no dull – contrasts of 2nd shot speak ‘cosy’

  7. It’s a very atmospheric shot. I like it!

  8. I certainly won’t fight you for it, Sue! 🙂 🙂 I have a few nice snowy ones of our garden, which is as far as I got yesterday. But no, I won’t be posting them.

  9. I can imagine that view in a few weeks (maybe) time as that tree slowly unfolds into a green shimmer of spring.

  10. You have 50 shades of grey over there too. Like your view.

  11. Quita a contrast Sue. I’ll go for France any day!
