Dark and silent indeed, Sue.
(Not quite as dark as Beetley, no street lights here !)
Best wishes, Pete.
Crikey, you really are in the back of beyond!
One of the reasons we chose to live here. Three miles to the nearest lamp-post! 🙂
Yikes! Wouldn’t do me, I must say….
None here either, and we’re not so far from the famous Woodstock NY in the US–
OK!
That photo is very dramatic and striking–
😊
Definitely! View from your house, Sue? 🙂 🙂
View from my kitchen window….
Mmmm, darkness and silence. Beautiful.
I think it’s rather dramatic! Glad you like it
No street lights here either. And an almost sunset tonight 🙂 I rather like your view.
Another one in the back of beyond!
Wonderful mystery in this image. Dramatic indeed
Thank you, Lisa!
That’s a good image for silence. It looks like the silence could swallow you up.
Perhaps it might!
Oh, and lovely to have you commenting, are you still blogging?
Hi Sue, yes I am blogging again at

Beautiful moment, Sue. Terrific subtle light.
Thanks, Jane…it was lovely. Today I went to meet a friend for coffee, the sun was strong and creating great silhouettes so I took my camera…..without a memory card 😟😟🙄
O no… Similar for me yesterday but my battery ran out….
Why will I never learn!!
Ha me too…
I know I’m not alone! 😳

Thanks, Pauline!
Almost eerie Sue!
A bit!
A serene, calming picture that makes me think of a serene, calming time of day.
Thank you, Josh
No problem.
The silent time of the day! Very nice, Sue!
I just saw it as I was preparing my meal, and rushed for the camera!
Great idea … !!!!
😊
