Here we are with some rectangles (in beech huts)…as seen, in colour:

Or are the shapes better appreciated in monochrome, without colour to distract?

  1. Your images whether in colour or monochrome convey a sense of order in a world of chaos. Great job!

  2. I prefer colour, especially where beach huts are concerned. Just a personal choice of course.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. Beech huts Sue? I suppose they might be made of beech 😉 I too prefer colour where beach huts are concerned, the brighter the better in my opinion 😀

  4. I love black and white, but for this photo I prefer the colored one.

  5. I prefer the color version.

  6. It’s colour for me too.
Colourful beach huts mean summer to me – so just the sort of Image I want to look at today – it turned so cold and wet this afternoon while I was out for a walk 😦

  7. I usually choose black and white for straight lines but not in this case.

  8. I think the b&w edit definitely convey a sense of order well, but my heart goes with the colour shot. 🙂

  9. Colour for me too, although I quite like the b & w, so I think I will sit on the mono fence 🙂

  10. I guess I also go along with the majority on this one Sue

  12. Simple yet intriguing. I like the contrast they give all together.
