Of course!
I very much like these photos Sue 🙂
Thank you, Sylvie!
Challenge nailed, Sue. And two ‘Ones’ into the bargain!
Love the B&W shot.
Best wishes, Pete.
Two ‘One’s indeed! One ‘One’ has been seen as such, in colour, previously which is why I showed it in monochrome for this post, Pete! Glad you like the monochrome, I like the atmosphere it has created….
Me too!
wow!! I especially love the monochrome!
Just seen your comment – thank you! Compliments of the season to you, Hannah!
Stylish photos.
Thanks, Paula…the first one is one of my favourites
Ooh, that first one is sombre, Sue xx
Isn’t it just…..one of my all time favourites
I might have known 🙂 🙂
You must have the strangest picture of me, Jo!!😳
Fairly accurate , I think, Sue 🙂 🙂
Ooo-er, we need to meet to dispel the myth…..😀😀

I never have been able to decide if I’m a town or country girl!
Hmm, as I ‘v e got older, I know I’m a town girl now….
Absolutely love that first shot Sue – glad u used B&W, perfect!!
Many thanks, Tina! The original was dull brown, but somehow monochrome has made this even duller, which is what creates the mood…..
Two Ones and two Ascends. You’re being very generous! The context you give for the first one – just after the fall of the Berlin Wall – gives resonance to the lonely figure, head bowed (and perfectly placed compositionally, may I say?) Is the second one useing a walking stick? I’d say about business, rather than pleasure? Two story-provoking photos, my dear Sue. Thank you.
Very pleased you have enjoyed these, Meg! And glad to have given you a multiplicity of pleasures…. Oh, and in the second image they person is using a walking stick
A couple of great images Sue.
Thanks, Andy!
