Six Word Saturday – The tide’s out at Slade Harbour

Low tide at Slade Harbour, Hook Peninsular

…and just to wreck the six words – it was a bit of a damp, grey day – couldn’t see too far across the bay. But I did like the boats!

  1. Yes, lovely colourful boats Sue. I suspect they may have been joggled around a fair bit in the last week

  2. Fishing boats are always colourful enough to lift a photo in dull weather. Worked here, Sue.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. I always used to think boats without water were rather sad, but not now I photograph them. Always so colourful.

  4. The tide was definitely out. 🙂 Maybe you could make your comments in multiples of six words? Happy Saturday, Sue. I do like the photo

  5. No need to be able to see far and wide when you can get a captivating photo like this. I have always been fascinated by boats being grounded at low tide.

  6. Me too, and I’m sure Jo will. Have you seen the photos of Ireland on Badfish’s blog today?

  7. That lovely cherry red in the centre. And a dilapidated tide!

  8. Lovely capture, Sue. I love the touch of red.

  9. Beautiful, a lovely mood!
