Very nice browns, Sue. We have some falling leaves on the garden oaks now, so it won’t be long…
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete! Bye bye summer….
I hardly dare say it, but isn’t there a Festival of Leaves challenge, Sue? I don’t think Verena has started yet 🙂 🙂 This one’s very pretty.
Not a clue about the Festival of Leaves, Jo! Glad you like this!
Jude does it every year! 🙂
OK!
Dawn (Lingering Windows) is doing it at the moment until Verena kicks off (if she does this year). Not much colour around here yet other than the Virginia Creeper on my house which is turning a lovely dark red. Must photograph that this year before the winds take it all off like last year before I had chance to!
Yes, it’s all too easy to miss the chance…
That’s useful to know, thanks Jude, but I shan’t feel compelled. 🙂 🙂 I’ve already had the urge to photograph leaves but I’m resisting till I finish these darn squares 🙂 Happy Sunday to you both!
Happy Sunday, Jo! Glad to see you aren’t going to overdo it on the challenge front!! 😀😀😀😉
Not me, Sue! 🙂 🙂
Good girl!
I like the contrast between the almost black and white background and the red leaves.

Thanks, Janet!
Don’t you love how photography helps you see one aspect of something? This is lovely!
Helps you to see!
Autumn is the most beautiful time of the year….the most amazing colors!
Some years better than others, it must be said….
That’s a lovely n Fuerteventura I’ve managed to put Autumn on hold. The equinox passed a few days ago of course. I think I’m in for a bit of a shock when I land back in Bristol in the early hours. That said, I’m looking forward to photographing my favourite season in the UK. I love autumn. I think it’s because I was an October baby. 🙂
Have a great autumn, Adrian!
Something went wrong there with my Laptop keyboard. It’s a nightmare! The cursor jumps all over the place and deletes unexpectedly.. what I wanted to say was that’s a lovely photograph Sue. and IN Fuerteventura etc..
Well, I did wonder!
