It’s all about the afternoon light….

A wonderful old structure in the mellow afternoon sun, two decades ago. It is most definitely all about the light – the structure of this old church is emphasised as a result. No idea where this was, came across it my recent trawls through my slide archives…the best I can guess is somewhere in the Vercors, or perhaps near Die in the Drôme.

I just want to be there, now….

  1. Light and shadow, the essence of a nice shot. And this was one of those.

A bit strange, as I am usually very good at recalling….but two decades on, and I suspect this was a chance find, it’s lost in the mists of time!!
