Deep in the Forest / 14

Still more to see from this place in the forest! Two more images for today’s post….

Looking over the top of one of the cars, here is a veritable tangle of bent and rusted metal:

…moving a bit closer doesn’t give us any more of a clue to what this scrap started life as:

  1. That forest scrapyard provided so many photo opportunities, Sue. A great find.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. I’d like to visit this forest. I like old things. I can imagine their lives. And now there are ancient monuments. It’s a really wonderful job Sue.

  3. You can definitly turn this scrap into a piece of art. Awesome photo you took🙂

  4. That beautiful blue again. I can almost say I have driven a car like this. The mechanic used to turn pale when he saw me coming. The second photo particularly is a beautifully composed still life. Did you rearrange??

    • Sue

As if I could recompose all that lot…oh, did you mean digitally? The answer is still no! All I did was move in closer,…. Love your comment about the mechanic!

  5. You never know when the photo opportunity will appear. Not what one normally expects on a woodland walk. Still a magnet for the camera’s eye 🙂

    • Sue

This was a woodland walk with a purpose…to see this place! And not a walk, Alas I can’t do those now…. So just a bit of a stroll around

  6. Places like this are full of potential photography but what a crime to litter a forest with discarded junk.
