Blue heron

  1. I don’t think I have ever seen a heron that colour, Sue. Very nice.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. great colour. I’ve seen a lot of grey ones around recently, but this inky colour really stands out

  3. He’s got a pretty luxuriant carpet to walk on!

  4. I wonder how he got so blue, perhaps like a flamingo gets its pink.

  5. He’s gorgeous! 🙂 🙂 Could be a One, Sue!

  6. Great colour! In fact I have never seen a heron this colour. In Galapagos there were several strangely coloured herons…but this one is very special indeed. Nice capture!
