Looks like J’s wiring. He’s going solar, but his are all horizontal. Comforting somehow to think of a world without regulation. So many wall textures and interesting details.

This does look like a typical Cuban staircase. A strong photograph that says something characteristically about the country.
Thanks Otto….Cuban electrical wiring is something that had struck me when I visited, that and the general decay of the buildings.
