  1. You’ve caught their legs in perfect motion – and made me homesick for little hands in mine!

  2. No words needed Sue 🙂

  3. This image is so dramatic, and so could be read in so many ways. Today I’m thinking it could be a sad farewell.

  4. A lovely photograph Sue!

  5. Emilio Pasquale

Beautiful, Sue. Not sad at all! A happy memory.

  6. I love silhouette shots. Great capture, Sue.

  7. Two, not one! 🙂 🙂 I have a slightly similar tunnel shot taken in Bath, but obviously not that cafe at the end. And with bikes in it. In fact, a totally different shot, Sue. 🙂 I should just say, I like it.

  8. After saying I was getting your posts, I had to find this in the reader!
    Best wishes, Pete.

  9. I think they’re off on an adventure!

  10. Silhouettes, a a hint of light on the pavement, a leading line provided by roof lights, and that thin vertical slice of light in the tunnel on the right side – all key elements. Lovely shot, Sue.

Thank you, Andy, for your verbalising what makes this image work! Glad you like it. My next challenge to get a single person in precisely the right position …..

  11. Where is this archway from? I love how archways isolate figures and add dramatic lighting. Excellent capture.
