These are beautiful Sue!
Thanks, glad you like!
I like that second shot. A path to the unknown!
They could have easily have been taken around Beetley, at least when the sun was out…
Best wishes, Pete.
That second shot leads to the image I shall show for Paula’s B&W Sunday…not something you will see in Beetley!!
They look a bit too dark for my liking, but suitable for the woodland theme this week too!
I had a feeling you would find out here a bit dark and tenebrous, Jude!!
I really like that second photo.
Thanks! And you will see what was at the end of the track on Sunday…..
You and Jo in cahoots to torture me, her with the sea, you with the forest. These photos are so different from your usual style, although of course there’s that shadowy One. Talk about enticing.
Ah, we are teases!! Glad you like these, Meg….but that ‘One’ is not, as there is another person in the shot in the distance! 😳
I thought it was Indiana Jones till I saw the stick, Sue. Come to think of it, these days the stick is probably appropriate. It has lots of atmosphere that shot and I like it as a stand alone. I know I’m the last one to talk but sometimes a single shot tells the story. Well, you know that with your one series. 🙂 🙂
I certainly believe in telling a story in one image if I can, Jo! Glad you like that first image, I think it has atmosphere….
Love the light in the first photo!
Thank you, Marion!
Both images have a sense of mystery about them – the shadowy walker, and then the bend in the track. Forests can have so many moods – silence, or bird song.
Thanks, Andy!
There will be faeries . . .
Or ghoulies….
I love the woods of France…well, anywhere, as far as that goes. Lovely capture.
Thank you, Victoria!
oh I want to go down that path!
Which one, Hannah? The Romanian, or the French?
Superb Sue!
Thanks, Adrian!
