  4. My ‘war’ is manual, with an old-fashioned rake. I have not progressed to electronic leaf-blowing. At least not yet!

  8. A whiff of leaves. I know they have to remove them before they rot, but I love dry leaves, the sounds that they make under my feet. Just love them!
