Before transmogrification…..

Before and after…. I have have been asked to show where the transmogrify image started…. Here’s the (RAW) image as it came out of camera (it would need plenty doing to it anyway, and I shall tweak it for another post):

SJudd_UK_Surrey_31112016 Original

And here again is the slightly transformed image

  1. The altered image reminds me of the style of graphic novels. I like it a lot.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. That’s a nice take on the challenge, Sue. I must admit I had to look in my dictionary to grasp the meaning of transmogrify. 🙂
    Greetings from Norway,
    currently -7°, we’re expecting 50 cm snow this weekend. 🙂 🙂

  3. The transmogrification works better for me – a whole feeling of “into the light”.

  4. Good work I’ve never found an image where ‘postering’ works. I didn’t realise you shoot in RAW, to much like hard work for me!

  5. Seeing the original alongside the transmogrified image is valuable, Sue. The processing certainly adjusted the tonal range successfully. I look forward to seeing what you can also do to this in a B&W conversion.

Over to you...
