Enticing!
I just loved that narrow band of light, and the fact the man obligingly stepped into it for a moment!
You judged that one right, Sue. One foot backward and he would have been lost in the shadows.
Precisely! He was initially half in the shadows, but I wait,ed a moment, and there was my shot!
You caught the right moment…
Beautiful!
Patience! Thanks, Anna!
Great capture in that shaft of light, Sue. And I like the pattern on the paving too.
Best wishes, Pete.
I have to say, Spain kept on giving regarding photo opportunities!
This one as an unsettling edge to it. Great capture.
Plenty of possibilities for the backstory……
I recognise that street! It’s the turistico sign that gives it away.
😀😀
Wow 😳 so vintage..
how I would love ❤️ to travel to some of these places
Glad you like this, Nita…. I must say, travelling is very important to me
I bet sue..
Just enjoy 😊.. and share your experiences with us.. I love ❤️ when you do
Well, I hope I still have more travels to come… and in the meantime, there are plenty more images from the recent trip to Andalucia!
A really good capture of the person in the light.
Thanks, Lena! A bit of patience, then this person obligingly got into position for a few seconds…then away again!
Black and white makes this all the more impressive.
Thanks, Victoria! I envisaged it in monochrome as I took the shot….
You’ll be up to 100 1s by Christmas at this rate. When you set off with an intention, you certainly … do whatever you do with effective intentions! I love the geometric line she in this one – the pavement; the doors; the shape into perspective.
Before I went on this trip, I told myself to start using light and shadow. Something I don’t practice at home with as the light is often not good or I can’t get out when it is because it’s too hot
Oh, and forgot to say I had a glut of ‘One’s’ from Andalucia, more than I have ever had in such a short period of time, and they’ll be running out soon. ….
