It’s great Suea
Well, simple, anyway!
Sorry for the a after Sue… it was meant to be a “!”
Oh, it happens!
🙂 Did you tear it apart for my benefit? 😉 I like it. I like how you placed the elements, and how it functions as a whole. A creative deconstruction, Sue, and you did not miss the point if that is what preoccupied you.
It comes apart in seconds! (My grandfathers scales for measuring photographic chemicals, and my own weights) I wasn’t preoccupied by deconstruction, other than wondering if I had anything to deconstruct….then remembered these scales
Then I hope that other worries will leave you soon. Thank you, Sue. I forgot to thank you for the entry 🙂
No worries!

This worked well enough, Sue. Job done!
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete!
This is very clever and nicely photographed too. But then you do still-lives extremely well.
Thanks, Jude! You are not the first to say that….
Sue this is a great image!
Thanks, Brenda….I wasn’t too sure at first!
I don’t know what it is, but it’s interesting and a great photo!
Thanks Gilly! My grandfather’s scales for weighing photographic chemicals……
Great idea for an arrangement, made me write a small poem.
Still Life
Still, when afterwards
remains are scattered
into thirty pieces,
weight of Judas’ silver
shift the scales of life.
Love it! Thanks, Björn! 😀
It’s a very eye catching deconstruction ! Hope you will be able to put it back together 🙂
The work of seconds, would you believe!
You have the most extraordinary collection of objects in your home, Sue, but I really love what you’ve done with this, preoccupied or not. (preoccupied in a good way, I hope? 🙂 )
Well, I think I’m running out of extraordinary objects now, Jo! Oh, and preoccupied in mostly good ways…..
Like Jo above hoping you are pre-occupied in good ways. Love this collection!
Thank you, Sue!
Sue – this image conjures up such a mood – realty interesting and feel like it could the cover of some cool novel 🙂
😀😀
