A ‘selfie’ in the lavender fields. Nicely done, Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.
Oh, those dratted Selfie sticks were everywhere…
I have never taken a selfie, Sue. Not so far, anyway.
You are very good composer, dear Sue! We like your line and story.
Have a great week ahead!
Thank you, Dina! Wishing all you Fabs a great week, too!
Oh yes, very leading
Lovely in b&w as well as colour 😀
Thanks, Debs….glad you like
So you have! This is unusual, Sue 🙂 Hope you’ve had a happy Sunday.
Glad you like this, Jo… I’ve had a quiet Sunday, but I had a lovely evening yesterday with a friend – great to catch up, and lots of laughs
Can’t beat a few laughs, Sue 🙂
I completely agree!
I’m laughing, although not at your excellent photo, but because it looked like someone with a golf club to me. That’s how non-selfie-stick oriented I am! 🙂
janet
Good for you, Janet!
I am so silly. I thought she was holding a golf club and I thought to myself, how can she play golf in the lavender field 😀 and then I realised it is one of those selfish sticks as you call them. This is a fabulous and very humorous shot. Congratulations, Sue. You have me laughing 😀
This is the first of a few comments I have rescued from Spam…glad I made you laugh, Paula!
I hate these WP scr3w-ups. G1ts!

It took me a while to realise it was it wasn’t a golf bat, silly selfie sticks!
😀😀 they are really annoying, the way they spring up everywhere and ruin the view!
I had to laugh at Janet’s comment as I also thought it was a golf club when I first saw the picture! I wondered who or what she was clubbing!
Who knows, who cares?
A perfect composition , anyway, regardless golf club or selfie stick….
😀😀
I also thought it was a golf club. 😀 I’m not a selfie person at at all. Great take on the B&W challenge, Sue.
Another Spam…glad I found you. thanks for your comment…I think your latest ones are coming through OK
That’s good. I check my spam often these days.
oOo…a selfie
I take it you don’t do them, Gavin!
Not really….too shy
😀😀
Ah.. I saw a golf club too at first… but the realization it was a selfie stick just proves how behind I am.
Well, I can’t stand the things, which is why I notice them, I’m sure!
If I HAD to take a selfie, a lavender field might possibly be my first choice of location. Beautiful B+W photo.
Without the colour of the lavender, I needed strong lines!
That photo looks like it can be from the wizard of oz, or chitty chitty bang bang. Thanks for sharing.
Yes, it looks a bit fantastical….
