The red is stunning, sadly not much left around here now.
Nor here….
That’s a deeper red than I’ve seen around these here parts! And even on our travels to West Virginia and Virginia, this would have been highly noted as unusual and very pretty!

Beautiful photos. I am amazed that there are still so many colours and so much foliage left this late in the autumn.
The images were, admittedly, taken a couple of weeks before the post, but we have had a great show of colour this year, Otto!
