  1. Lovely Sue – funny I’ve just started doing a Wordless Wednesday too – nice and restful!

  2. Nice, Sue. Like a painting…
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. I do love a good sunset/rise as well as Wordless Wednesday. Hope yours is going well (or has gone well.)

That really is a beautiful sunset Sue … the light is wonderful in the sky . You must have enjoyed this scene laid out before you for some time … nice to hear you had a weekend break .
Funny although we did live in Surrey for a couple of years I never think of hills 🙂

Thanks, Poppy! This was a week or so ago, after an abortive trip to Winkworth because I was having a bad day fitness wise. On the way home, I saw this sunset, my camera was out and my mood lifted!

  5. I haven’t seen a sunset – or a sunrise – for a longtime. Thanks for filling the gap so beautifully. I’m off camping next week, so I may be able to reciprocate! Have fun with stuff.

  6. Such an amazing end of day photo; such a gorgeous, and special gift.

  7. Another one that could be in your solo series… lovely sunset, I miss the wonderful sunsets I could see from my flat in Surrey. Autumn was always the best time.

  8. What a gorgeous view, Sue. So calming to look at your image. 🙂

  9. breathtaking! who is taking a pic in the corner!!?

  10. Saw you on Viv in France and realised you must still be posting. Horror story there, isn’t it, but this is serene and beautiful. Why can’t all of life be like this? I know you’ve been busy, Sue. Take care! 🙂

Thanks for your thoughts, Jo! I am commenting more than I’m posting due to lack of time…too much needs doing, and I don’t have as much time in a day as I used to 😟 but I shall allow myself to post this weekend! I think you are off to the Algarve soon, so have fun, some good walks (envy) and take lots of photos

  11. Cool and lovely. Crisp air?

  12. WOW! Art, this is great art. Thank you, love, nia

  13. That is a gorgeous landscape: it almost feels like a classical painting. Beautiful light and a stunning sky.
