Was it yours? Looks too large though…
Best wishes, Pete.
No, I have no idea where it came from. I just saw the horizontal lintel, and noticed the vertical shadow bisecting it, didn’t think to look behind me to see what it was!
interesting isn’t it? now it makes us wonder! very clever of you Sue! I’m fascinated by the stonework as well, the lovely patterns of how they were set and built up. cheers 🙂
Well, I do try to make you wonder!
keeps the mind sharp 🙂
Indeed!
chuckle… 🙂
Looks like your sort of place, Sue. 🙂
A bit of old, a bit of intrigue!
And a bit of decay. 🙂
Well, yes!!😀
Oops!!! have you seen the “Little Shop of Horrors”…
No! Do tell….
It is all about scary plants that come from behind and wrap their tentacles around you…. :0
Totally beyond real, then!
Some times I think our tropical plants are a bit scary like that, especially the vines…
Oh, OK….so big spiders, scary plants….anything else to be wary of down under? 😉
Oh lots Sue, snakes, sharks, tics, leeches, hairy plants that inject poison. But don’t let any of that put you off. I’ve survived!!!!
You certainly have!
Indeed. What a history lives in those bricks.
Absolutely
At least it isn’t creepy!
No, fortunately!
I only noticed the cross and I liked it 🙂
But there was no cross until the shadow came along!
I can see a story growing out of this image.
If someone can write it!
the shadow of a maneating venus flytrap!!? well, it’s getting close to Samhain and Hallow’s eve brrrhahah
Of course, that must have been what it was! 😧
🙂
Great photo, Sue. And if the commenters are right, it’s fit for a story!
Well, if anyone wants to write one…😊
