Prompts for haiku and related forms
Your hat? Jaunty! I hope the owner was as relaxed as the gear. That colour combo is superb – all the primaries and mauve.
Alas not my hat, although I do have a similar one! I nearly titled the post ‘Wish that was my hat’, then thought the better of it!
Looks so very pleasant
Indeed…..restful
What a home-y, restful shot, Sue.
janet
Yes, I thought it was perfectly timed, I need to slow down… Thanks, Janet!
very primary color…
Mmmm lovely….
Just the ticket, eh?
Great capture, Sue. I’m now wondering where the hatless person was and what she was doing. 🙂
The hatless person was chatting to her friend, whilst I snuck a paparazzi shot….the dark bit to the lower right is her trousered leg..
That makes me happy just looking at it. Wonderful colors!
Thanks, Sue! I think it is a happy picture!
Looks pretty good to me 🙂
Thanks, Gilly! 🙂
Very different to my Sunday, almost 300 miles in the car, and stuck for hours in a hold-up on the M11.
I am envious of that relaxation, Sue.
Best wishes,Pete.
The scene looks like the beginning of a fun adventure!
Well, the owner of the hat was enjoying a good catch up with her friend, by the looks of things!
Looks like wishful thinking to me, but I love it, Sue! Hope you survived your busy weekend. 🙂
I’m feeling a bit ‘MSey’ today…means I need to slow down, but I have to go into London this evening, and optician tomorrow, sorting again Thursday (but I’ll sit down, my friend’ll do the work!
How soon is the move? No use to say ‘take it easy’ but you have to sometimes. 🙂
I know, I actually have to, and am usually good at pacing myself these days out of necessity…..I do NOT want another relapse, but I’m in perilous waters at present…..
Oh, and I have less than 3 weeks….
What’s the worst that can happen? I would say that would be the relapse. So what if some of your stuff has to remain in the loft or travel muddled up as it is? Not the end of life! 🙂
The worst that can happen is relapse, and I agree…I’m at the point where storage as is could be done if needed. But it’s not the move that imperils me, just other ‘stuff’ that I do to stay sane…..
Perfect, love this, it looks so professional, like it belongs on a magazine cover or something…
You are too kind, Sherri…I didn’t have quite the right POV, should’ve made sure I didn’t get part of a leg in the shot!
Oh you know Sue, I didn’t even notice the leg until now, when I took another look! I still think it is a beautiful photo, leg or no leg 🙂
Thanks, Sherri!
🙂
Looks so very summery and relaxing.
It was 🙂
The hat is such a nice touch in that image, love your photo.
Thanks, Charlie, much appreciated 🙂
