  1. This worked very well Sue. The old skates reminded me of my first pair, and the wartime ammunition boxes were widely used for storage when I was young.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. I much prefer this to traditional still lives.

  3. Real skates, not the silly things they have these days!

  4. Oh boy!!! Those skates bring back so many memories. I was a whiz kid when I was about 11 to 13…. Then inline skates came in and I was no good on them, my ankles kept rolling over… 😦 Good composition Sue

  5. The lighting is wonderful in this picture, Sue!

  6. A lovely lineup. I’m enjoying the way you’re creating still lifes. Is this part of moving? That light is the clincher.

    • Sue

I’m creating these while I still can….in future it will be still life on a smaller scale! No more jerrycans, ammo boxes, old tools etc or garage to set them up in….. And the light is rubbish today……

  7. I’ve a feeling you could keep the photographers of this world busy for quite some time in your garage, Sue πŸ™‚ I like this.

  8. Love this Sue…and those old roller skates! Oh the memories πŸ™‚

Over to you...
