Silent Sunday – Raindrops

  1. Plenty of raindrops to photograph here in Norfolk today Sue. It has been torrential!
Nice shot though, love the colour of the flower.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. (Lost the comment for some reason, so here it comes again.)
Plenty of raindrops to photograph today in Norfolk Sue, it’s been torrential all afternoon.
Lovely shot though, I think the colour of the flower is perfect.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  3. like tears from an angel

  4. Raindrops on roses are truly one of my favorite things…Love your photo.

  5. Whenever I try this there will be a gust of wind or something!

  6. We had a lovely soft shower of rain this morning, should have taken the camera out. Oh, well, you have done it for me – lovely peony 🙂

  7. Lost my comment too! Thanks for the peony: it’s a new acquaintance for me. And the raindrop was a reminder that rain exists. I haven’t seen any for a while. I especially like the drop on the poking up petal at the back of the bud.

  8. Such a modest little bloom, hiding in the raindrops. (I can see a face in there.) 🙂

  9. they are so exotic!! Gorgeous in rain drops Sue!!

  10. Gorgeous! We’ve been getting intermittent showers too, borrowed from the SW Monsoons lashing the West Coast, but they haven’t helped mitigate the heat any.

  11. Gorgeous and very refreshing! We have a rainy day here today as well and i’m ready for action… Might get the chance to shoot a great sunset again 😀

  12. You know I love this! I don’t have to tell you, do I? 🙂

  13. Absolutely stunning, Sue 🙂
