Any colour…so long as it’s green…

Ailsa has dreamed up ‘One colour’ this week for her Travel Theme. I travelled out into my garden checking on the little apple tree, and this is what I saw – green buds unfurling, with the out-of-focus green of the lawn providing the backdrop:

Check out Ailsa’s blog for more on a single colour here.

  1. Green on green. Topic nailed, I say.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. Gorgeous colour, lovely photograph Sue!

  3. you nailed it!! Beautiful!

  4. Beautiful! And what lovely shades of green!

  5. Spring is going to accelerate with this hot weather. Currently (when I last looked on Sunday, I’m now in the Surrey Hills) blossom was nearly two weeks late on our plum trees. There will be a major change when I return home at the end of the week. I particularly look forward to Apple Blossom, the green, then the pink of the sepals and then finally the white or pale pink blossom

  6. Green..a sight for sore eyes after the very white winter we had here!
