Magnolias afloat…

I took a number of images of Magnolias yesterday, at my favourite little walled Garden..In this picture, I think the pink magnolias (didn’t get their name) appear to be floating above the white ones behind….

      Probably my favourite flowering tree too, Cybele. I had a lovely little stroll in the Walled Garden yesterday – lovely and warm in the afternoon sun, and the magnolias were at peak, I would say.

  7. I love magnolias – they are just beginning to open here. (The white ones are magnolia stellata – starry magnolia) they look very pretty with the pink in front. And yes, I would say they are afloat 🙂
