A couple of colourful, abstract images created from a vase of tulips…. I wanted to have another shot at motion blur, and played with horizontal, vertical and sort of wavy movements of the camera, on a 1/4 second exposure, whilst sitting in the comfort of my armchair! I did play about in post processing slightly, but most of the result is from camera. The non-linear results were best:

Amazing work Sue!! 🙂
Thank you! I’m glad to have a comment on this, it’s always interesting to see what others think of experiments 😀
Really I loved a lot your experience…continue exploring :)!!
I just might! 😀
Nice. Abstracts are my “thing.” These are good.
Many thanks, Joanne… I have been feeling a bit weary today, so I picked up the camera whilst sitting in my armchair looking at the tulips, and just had a play!!
Very effective Sue, that works really well
Thanks, Robin! 😀
I like this!
Just a bit of fun!
I see an ice-cream sundae…
Not a Knickerbocker Glory?

Such a gorgeous collection Sue, fun in the armchair indeed!
I’ll have to do this more often!
how lovely
Thanks!
I wouldn’t have known they were tulips, I like the rich but gentle colours.
Well, they were a tad blurred! I loved the colours myself…
These are lovely! I like that the results were mostly from the camera. Extremely inspiring!
Thanks!
I would have had to look a while to see that they were flowers. The colours in the first photo are very good indeed. Well done Sue.
Best wishes, Pete.
Thanks, Pete. Well, I wanted mysterious, abstract….
These are so lovely Sue. If I saw these in a shop as framed prints I would snap them up.
