Silent Sunday – the past is another country

The Past

remnant of the past

  1. Great leaf detail Sue, and almost sepia in tone. (Or was it supposed to be?)
    Best wishes, Pete.

  2. The last of it’s beauty and it really is stunning isn’t it?

  3. Like silver filigree – fabulous Sue

  4. Like an intricate art piece Sue. Beautiful.

  5. Fragile, like old lace.

  6. poppytump

A lovely leaf cobweb has escaped the crunch of feet ! Really like this Sue 🙂

  7. Stunning hues and textures!

  8. Wonderful photo Sue 😀 Oddly warm and inviting, even though it’s a display of decay….

  9. So beautifully captured by your lens, Sue. You have a really good eye for artistic decay. 🙂

    • Well, I rather think artistic decay is my thing! And has been for years, but I’ve only really started to get better at creating the images in the last two or three years! 😀

  10. the bones of the leaf!! Beautiful Sue!!!

  11. It looks like a tangled mess of memories that are being condemned to disappear.

  12. Ja, so eine Vergänglichkeit fasziniert mich ebenso. Grüße aus dem Gebirge.
