  1. Wonderfully mysterious! Beautiful light and shadow.

    • This was taken in the late afternoon at one of my favourite spots…I was just on my way to get a cup of tea, and saw the light through the gate…

  2. Fantastic shot! Love the mood. Perfect in b&w.

  3. Fun to see you over here, Sue 🙂 Looks like the entrance to one of the national gardens.

    • Hi Jo, I thought this was a good image for 6WS… And now to disappoint you – this is a little walled garden in Sunbury on Thames, not a national garden. Although it houses the Clematis Society’s southern collection, has a great little café that serves home baked cakes and has an embroidery gallery on site!

  4. intriguing and mysterious image! Goes well with your six words! Cheers!

  5. Very mysterious and intriguing Sue!

  6. A lovely shot with a strong pull for what lies outside of the gate. The light – mostly coming through the same gate – is beautiful and adds to the mystery.

  7. Beautiful shot. It makes me wonder where it leads.

  8. Brief nailed Sue! B+W was perfect for this shot.
    Best wishes, Pete.

  9. Beautiful capture of light Sue. Great choice for B&W.

  10. Beautifully moody and enchanting!
