One/ 35

I’ve been a bit slow in posting recently, and have a few more solitary souls I want to post before the year ends! Next year I shall have a new theme…..

Anyway, back to Romania for this one, as seen at one of the Painted Monasteries in Bucovina:

In Bucovina

In Bucovina

  1. The blue on that monastery it’s says to be quite unique and very vibrant you have any close shots ?

    • Thanks, Diana. I do have some close shots at Voronet, especially. Those monasteries were truly amazing, and we were told about the pigments and the methods used, but I’m sad to say I have forgotten most of it. I’ll post some closer shots someday soon…..

  2. And looking forward to seeing what new theme you will be using! Love this picture.

  3. Rich and mysterious.

  4. A particularly beautiful ‘one’! 🙂 35 solo subjects is quite an achievement Sue!

  5. I’d love to see some of that art up close.

  6. Now I’d like to go inside please, Sue 🙂

Over to you...
