This was a challenge that I nearly gave up on….I wanted to combine the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge (Dreamy) with Ailsa’s Travel Challenge for this week (Interior). Last evening I was resigned to having to do individual responses to these challenges, but you may know by now that I like to try and come up with an answer!
I have been feeling quite fatigued today, and when my body gives up on me, my mind tends to whirr away….and so it was, dear reader, that I came up with the following. A bit of dreamy colour and an interior. From my archive, with a little help from NIK and an overactive imagination:

Dreamy from the interior
OK, perhaps if you want to split hairs, it’s the centre of a spider web rather than the interior, but what the heck, eh? And how are we to know if a spider would find this dreamy!
For more entries to these seperate challenges, follow the links at the start of this post….
This really works for both challenges, IMO. I love the bokeh color and that silky spider web’s interior.
Thanks, Angeline! I must admit I was pleased with the bokeh 🙂
I love spiders and webs. A delicate looking dream yet the web is strongly built.
Thank you! 🙂
Lovely bokeh and I thought that perhaps you’d taken this shot from your interior!
No, I actually braved the drizzle outside!
Amazing pic, Sue! You made that web, and even the ‘Incy-Wincy’ spider, look quite dreamy. 🙂
Thanks, that was the plan!
Wonderful what an overactive imagination can produce, Sue. Hope you feel better soon. 🙂
Thanks, Jo …a decent night’s sleep would do it, I seem to be becoming a bit of an insomniac 😦
Horrible! 😦
Wow – great shot and colours!
Thank you, Leya, for your enthusiastic comment!
Very creative and nicely done! Fits both challenges perfectly.
Well, I do try!! Nothing like a challenge within a challenge as I’ve said before…and I was pleased with the Bokeh here 🙂

Wow indeed!!! The best dreamy shot I have seen so far Sue!
What a super comment, Madhu! I was just lucky with the colours in the background of this shot, worked a dream (!) when I played about with the NIK software….
Im very glad you persisted Sue. I love this – the colours, composition and the dreaminess.
It totally works!! 🙂
Take care xxx
Thanks for your compliment, Robyn, and glad you liked it! It was a bit of an experiment 🙂
I really do 🙂
Webs are so difficult to capture … here you even manage to capture the colors – wonderful image, Sue.
Webs are tricky, had to wait for the right light….
Waiting isn’t my strongest side. But I think I have one with raindrops on file somewhere. Easier to see the webs after rain. *smile …You did a great job.
Patience isn’t my strong point, either!
