Weekly Photo Challenge: Split Second Story

This week, we are invited to tell a Split Second Story for the WordPress Weekly Photo Challenge.

Continuing my theme of long shutter-speeds, here is deliberately blurred motion (seen one vibrant evening at a restaurant in Turkey) to tell a story:
