For my series of images with one person in frame, an image from Cienfuegos in Cuba. I thought there was an element of the mysterious in this, what is our man in the shadows focussing on?

Man in the shadows, Cienfuegos, Cuba

  1. He’s looking for some unsuspecting tourist to wander down the empty street, when he’ll slip back into the shadows and grab her camera as she walks past!! Or perhaps he’s just waiting for a mate so they can go for a cold beer after work 🙂

Love the building 🙂 Great photo.

  2. He’s a surveyor of course: he’s looking along the facades to see if all the pillars align…

  3. He’s lying in wait for the egit who lets his dog crap outside his door every day. And boy, does he have it comin’….

  4. Suzanne

I thought he was looking out for his favourite girl. I love the way his clothes tone in with the building.

  5. He can’t take his eyes off the pretty girl who passed by out of frame. I love this shot and the idea of One/5. I may start looking for shots of my own ….
