Ese has picked a great theme for her Weekly Shoot and Quote challenge this week – scent.
Scent resonates with me, there are so many memories tied up with smell/scent/fragrance, however you want to describe it.
However, for this challenge, we need quotes…and I found those a bit thin on the ground. At least, the ones that hadn’t already been used…..but there is one scent (and, of course, the accompanying flavour) that is close to my heart – that of wine.
So, here goes, from a celebration in the past – with the scent of a rose chucked in for good measure:
