Weekly Travel Theme: Relaxing

This week, Ailsa has chosen ‘Relaxing’ for her Weekly Travel Theme over at Where’s my Backpack.

I have chosen just one image, which says relaxing to me – though it would not be my idea of relaxation, more frustration! But I’m sure for this man, it was ideal relaxation! Gone fishing by the side of a tranquil lake…

Gone Fishing

  1. Oh me either, they do make me laugh, especially when they’re on the side or a road or god forbid, motorway.

  2. Ha, we had similar ideas – fishing is not my thing either, but your bloke looks almost as relaxed as mine 🙂

  4. Fanatical fisher-people (mainly male, but I have seen some female fanatics too) seem to find it relaxing, but I agree I would consider it a frustration and waste of time. If you do catch something you then have to scale it and gut it etc… Ugh… Good photo though Jo

  5. haha! frustration all right! great image 😀

  6. Sonel

Now that looks quite familiar to me as well Sue. Hubby loves his flyfishing and just yesterday I asked him: “Now don’t you get frustrated when you catch nothing?” And his answer: “No, it’s just quite relaxing.” I won’t be able to do that. I would want to catch a fish. That’s what I love about my camera. I always catch something. LOL!
Great shot and post hon. 😀 *big hugs*
