Where was this taken? In Australia – we don’t have ruined Castles. The only Castle like buildings were built by Governor Macquarie (see http://wp.me/p2X7Ju-pO). 🙂 D 34
In France, the Dordogne, over 2 decades ago. There is some information on the castle here – Ch de Commarque, as it is now. I also found an article from a magazine earlier today which talks about the archaeological excavations.
